Where is Nerf Challenge?


Centennial Hall at Fair Park. 3809 Grand Ave. Dallas, TX 75210. Nerf Challenge guests must enter through GATE 5. The Grand Entrance, located at the intersection of Highway 352 and Grand Avenue. Complete directions to Fair Park can also be found here: https://www.fairpark.org/visit/directions




When is Nerf Challenge open?


Nerf Challenge opens June 11th. Daily hours vary. Please see event calendar when purchasing tickets for exact dates and times.




Is there Food and Drink available at Nerf Challenge?


Yes, there are limited food/beverage options at the Nerf Challenge. However, please note there will be no food on the event floor. All food and drink should be consumed in its designated area. NO OUTSIDE FOOD or DRINK is allowed.




Tell me more about the waiver that I need to sign?


Prior to entering Nerf Challenge, ALL guests are required to sign participation waivers. Waivers will be available with each ticket purchase and will be sent to your email prior to event.

Minors attending the event will also need parent/guardian to sign on their behalf. Please note all Non-Participants will also be required to fill out the waiver as well. We strongly encourage guests to complete this process prior to arrival to expedite entry. You can also complete your waiver electronically by clicking here.




How do I pick up my RFID wristband?


When you arrive at Nerf Challenge, you will be required to complete a waiver, after which you will be directed to a customer service / registration area, where we will scan your confirmation barcode, check your waivers, activate your RFID wristband and distribute your personal safety goggles. Please note all entrants are required to complete a waiver, even if they are not planning to play. We strongly encourage guests to complete this process prior to arrival to expedite entry. You can also complete your waiver electronically beginning 5/1.




Is Nerf Challenge Family Friendly?


Nerf Challenge is an active play experience featuring some products designed for ages 8 and up and others designed for ages 14 and up. Parental consent and direct supervision is required for participation by guests younger than the suggested age ranges.




Is Nerf Challenge ADA accessible?


Nerf Challenge is ADA Accessible. Please note that certain activations may not be suitable for all guests.




What should I bring with me to Nerf Challenge? What should I wear?


Please bring your ticket (or e-ticket), and a photo ID. We strongly suggest wearing comfortable clothing, and athletic shoes. Nerf Challenge activations involve varying levels of physical activity and movement.




Can I bring my pet with me to Nerf Challenge?


ADA designated service animals are allowed. However, no other pets or animals are allowed at Nerf Challenge.




What is the policy for bringing bags to Nerf Challenge?


Nerf Challenge prohibits bags, backpacks and other containers from entering the venue, with the following exceptions: One bag or purse that does not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”, or a one-gallon plastic storage bag (Ziploc bag or similar) Exceptions may be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection.

Do I need to pay to come to Nerf Challenge?


Entry to Nerf Challenge starts at $5 per person.

All guests over the age of 3 require an entry fee and waiver for entry.

Entry fee Include:

  • Entry to Nerf Challenge
  • $2 facility fee
  • All credit card transaction fees
  • All ticketing fees

Play Passes include entry fee, plus:

  • UNLIMITED play across all Nerf Challenge activations
  • Protective Eyewear, which is yours to keep
  • RFID Band used to track participation and scoring for the leaderboard
  • All the equipment, blasters, ammo and sporting goods required to play on site




What is Nerf Challenge?


Nerf Challenge is a ground-breaking, high-octane, adrenaline-pumping live attraction featuring off-the-wall active play experiences and battle arenas uniquely designed to test your focus, dexterity, and skill. With thousands of blasters, and millions of darts, this immersive experience is every NERF fan’s dream-come-to-life.




Where can I park? How much is parking?


Parking is available in the immediate vicinity of Fair Park. Nerf Challenge guests must enter through Gate 5. Parking staff will be at Gate 5 to assist. For the location of lots around Fair Park, please visit: https://www.fairpark.org/visit/parking Parking at Fair Park for the Nerf Challenge will be $10 per parking space.




Are their group deals available? Can I have a birthday party at Nerf Challenge?

Can I leave Nerf Challenge and come back later?


No re-entry is allowed after exiting Nerf Challenge.




Do I have to wear a face mask?


Per Fair Park policy, masks must be worn inside the venue. Fair Park, Centennial Hall and Nerf Challenge all follow local and state mandates and regulations. Our staff will also be wearing face masks.




What are the COVID protocols?


We ask all guests with Covid symptoms or who have been recently diagnosed with Covid-19 refrain from attending the event. Face masks are required per Fair Park building policy. There will be hand sanitizers available throughout the experience.




Can I pay my entry fee or buy a play pass onsite?


Yes! However, capacity is limited so the only way to guarantee your spot is to buy online. There is also an additional fee for any play pass purchased onsite at the box office.




I didn’t receive an email confirmation/bar codes.  What can I do?


Please email hello@nerfchallenge.com with the name on the order, date of purchase, along with the email associated with the account. Someone from our team will reach out to you.




How long can I stay at Nerf Challenge?


Your entry fee grants you access to Nerf Challenge for the full operational hours on the purchased date. Most guests spend approximately 2 to 3 hours at Nerf Challenge.





THE EXPERIENCE

Can I bring my own Blaster or Darts to Nerf Challenge?


No outside blasters or darts are allowed at Nerf Challenge. However, we have thousands of blasters, and MILLIONS of darts for guest use on site!




What other items are prohibited from entry to Nerf Challenge?


No weapons, drugs, or alcohol will be allowed at Nerf Challenge.




Do I need to wear any protective eyewear?


Protective Eyewear must be worn at all times at any blaster activation. Eyewear will be distributed at the entrance and its yours to keep!




Can I take photos/videos at Nerf Challenge?


Of course! Be sure to tag us on Social Media! #NerfChallenge @NerfChallenge




Is there a gift shop onsite?


Yes, we will have a retail area near the exit. It will feature a large selection of Blasters, darts and souvenirs! Please note that you will not be able to use any of the purchased blasters/ammos at the event.




Where do I redeem my pre-purchased items?


Upon exiting, you can pick up any pre-purchased blaster/t-shirt combos etc at the retail counter. Please have your order confirmation ready!




What else should I know about my participation at Nerf Challenge?


Nerf Challenge is an immersive and interactive experience, and all guests enter the premises and participate at their own risk. Strollers are not allowed inside the Nerf Challenge event. Photos and videos of your experience are encouraged, and please be aware that by entering Nerf Challenge you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in films, photos, and tapes for exploitation in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release Kilburn Live and all Hasbro companies, their successors, assigns, and licensees from any liability whatsoever of any nature. Nerf Challenge will operate in compliance with state and local regulations, and has implemented enhanced health and safety measures in an effort to limit transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19); however, all guests are reminded this is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness or death, and by agreeing to these terms you assume all risks related to exposure. Do not enter Nerf Challenge if you do not wish to be subject to the foregoing.
