How much are tickets for Nerf Challenge?
Tickets start at $25(+tax/fees) per participant. For Non-participants/Spectators, there will be a entry fee starting at $12 (+tax/fees).
Where is Nerf Challenge?
When is Nerf Challenge open?
Nerf Challenge is open from May 28th - Aug. 8th. Daily hours vary. Please see event calendar when purchasing tickets for exact dates and times.
Is there Food and Drink available at Nerf Challenge?
Yes, there are limited food/beverage options at the Nerf Challenge. However, please note there will be no food on the event floor. All food and drink should be consumed in its designated area. NO OUTSIDE FOOD or DRINK is allowed.
What do I need to do before I arrive at Nerf Challenge and what about the waiver that I need to sign?
Prior to entering Nerf Challenge, ALL guests are required to sign participation waivers. Waivers will be available with each ticket purchase and will be sent to your email prior to event.
What if I am late or early to the time I purchased?
Please give yourself enough time to park and walk to Centennial Hall so as to arrive promptly at your scheduled time. Nerf Challenge staff will attempt to accommodate guests who miss their time slots but reserve the right to deny entry to late arrivals based on space availability and capacity. Guests will receive an RFID wristband during registration which matches your purchased ticket time.
How do I pick up my RFID wristband?
When you arrive at Nerf Challenge, you will be required to complete a waiver, after which you will be directed to a customer service / registration area, where we will scan your ticket, check your waivers, activate your RFID wristband and distribute your personal safety goggles. Please note all Non-Participants will also be required to complete a waiver as well. We strongly encourage guests to complete this process prior to arrival to expedite entry. You can also complete your waiver electronically beginning 5/1.
Is Nerf Challenge Family Friendly?
Nerf Challenge is an active play experience featuring some products designed for ages 8 and up and others designed for ages 14 and up. Parental consent and direct supervision is required for participation by guests younger than the suggested age ranges.

Can I bring my pet with me to Nerf Challenge?
ADA designated service animals are allowed. However, no other pets or animals are allowed at Nerf Challenge.
What is the policy for bringing bags to Nerf Challenge?
Nerf Challenge prohibits bags, backpacks and other containers from entering the venue, with the following exceptions: One bag or purse that does not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”, or a one-gallon plastic storage bag (Ziploc bag or similar) Exceptions may be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection.

Do I need tickets to come to Nerf Challenge?
A ticket is required for all guests over 3 years of age to attend Nerf Challenge. A Non-Participant/Spectator ticket is available for guests wanting to attend but who do not want to take part in the activities on site.
What is Nerf Challenge?
Nerf Challenge is a ground-breaking, high-octane, adrenaline-pumping live attraction featuring off-the-wall active play experiences and battle arenas uniquely designed to test your focus, dexterity, and skill. With thousands of blasters, and millions of darts, this immersive experience is every NERF fan’s dream-come-to-life.
Where can I park? How much is parking?
Parking is available in the immediate vicinity of Fair Park. Nerf Challenge guests must enter through Gate 5. Parking staff will be at Gate 5 to assist. For the location of lots around Fair Park, please visit: https://www.fairpark.org/visit/parking
Can I purchase group tickets?
Can I leave Nerf Challenge and come back later?
No re-entry is allowed after exiting Nerf Challenge.
Do I have to wear a face mask?
Per Fair Park policy, masks must be worn inside the venue. Fair Park, Centennial Hall and Nerf Challenge all follow local and state mandates and regulations. Our staff will also be wearing face masks.
What are the COVID protocols?
We ask all guests with Covid symptoms or who have been recently diagnosed with Covid-19 refrain from attending the event. Face masks are required per Fair Park building policy. There will be hand sanitizers available throughout the experience.
Can I purchase tickets onsite?
Ticket availability is limited so we recommend all guests pre-purchase tickets online, in advance of their desired attendance date. Subject to availability, tickets may be available via the Nerf Challenge onsite box office for in-person purchase. Tickets purchased at the onsite box office will be $3 more per ticket, plus tax, than those advertised online.
I didn’t receive an email confirmation/bar codes, or I have a ticket issues. What can I do?

How long inside the Nerf Challenge are general admission tickets good for?
Each general admission ticket is good for 3 hours of play. Please select your desired time-block in the ticket purchase calendar.
What does my ticket to Nerf Challenge include?
The price of your Nerf Challenge Ticket is all inclusive and covers:
- Protective Eyewear, which is yours to keep
- RFID Band used to track your participation and scoring
- All the equipment, blasters, ammo and sporting goods required to play on site
- $2 facility fee
- All credit card transaction fees
- All ticketing fees
Local taxes will be assessed and added to your order at checkout.
Can I bring my own Blaster or Darts to Nerf Challenge?
What other items are prohibited from entry to Nerf Challenge?
No weapons, drugs, or alcohol will be allowed at Nerf Challenge.
Do I need to wear any protective eyewear?
Protective Eyewear must be worn at all times at any blaster activation. Eyewear will be distributed at the entrance and its yours to keep!
Can I take photos/videos at Nerf Challenge?

Is there a gift shop onsite?
Yes, we will have a retail area near the exit. It will feature a large selection of Blasters, darts and souvenirs! Please note that you will not be able to use any of the purchased blasters/ammos at the event.
Where do I redeem my pre-purchased items?
Upon exiting, you can pick up any pre-purchased blaster/t-shirt combos etc at the retail counter. Please have your order confirmation ready!
What else should I know about my participation at Nerf Challenge?
Nerf Challenge is an immersive and interactive experience, and all guests enter the premises and participate at their own risk. Strollers are not allowed inside the Nerf Challenge event. Photos and videos of your experience are encouraged, and please be aware that by entering Nerf Challenge you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in films, photos, and tapes for exploitation in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release Kilburn Live and all Hasbro companies, their successors, assigns, and licensees from any liability whatsoever of any nature. Nerf Challenge will operate in compliance with state and local regulations, and has implemented enhanced health and safety measures in an effort to limit transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19); however, all guests are reminded this is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness or death, and by agreeing to these terms you assume all risks related to exposure. Do not enter Nerf Challenge if you do not wish to be subject to the foregoing.
